Can I open a dispute against someone who already disabled the EpicNPC account?

I had a buyer a few months ago. But recently he just scammed me $250. His account has been disabled since the day he bought my account.

Can I report him? How? Because when I try to open a dispute against him, I can't put his username.

I'm unable to replicate this error. I logged into your account and was able to successfully open a dispute thread against the user vivisan098. I then deleted the thread.

I think you're able to open a dispute thread now because his account already reopened now

You can still create the thread, just leave the username and submit it. It will still work. We'll update the dropdown menu so it displays.

Yes, you still have to input the username. However that dropdown is not required. Just leave the username in the field and it will work.
