So I'd like to try and use Google Checkout to sell my account, but I'd love some feedback from people who've sold accounts using this method before as to what is the safest way is to go about it? What is the safest way to send account information after payment, is it advisable to actually send the information in some type of registered envelop, are their any commonly used methods by scammers used for google checkout, etc.

Thanks for any assistance.

I would definately use registered mail because if someone performs a charge back and you've gone through the trouble of recording the actual shipping information if they charge back your money google checkout will give you the money out of their pockets.

You're then protected by the seller's policy at google checkout, no more inquiring needed!

Hope this helps!

Again thank you for all your help zerotoleranceftw. Google Checkout really seems like the best way to sell your account, I'm surprised more people don't seem to be using it over paypal.

Initially it had its problem. The reason a lot of people don't use it is because it doesn't allow peer-to-peer payment processing. Say your buddy just signed up for google checkout you couldn't use your google checkout money to send to him because theres no such thing as google checkout money, he would have to have a merchant account which takes 2 days to set up (must verify bank account) as well as you can only use a credit/debit card to send the money. Then the money will go to him which will go into his bank account there is no such thing as a google checkout account balance, you receive the money and within a day the money is transferred to your bank account.

This is why a lot of people will stick with paypal for peer-to-peer payment processing.

After you wait for the 15 minute fraud check you would send the account information over email AND registered mail (that way you have shipping information on file)

You need a sellers account by signing up at this link https://checkout.google.com/sell/?gsessionid=BHAonK_ll0I

You need to link your bank account to it and verify it to receive payments.
