Has all of the star chart completed
**(if steal path is done that is good too, but it doesn't matter)
Many riven mods, with a high mod rating
An insane amount of resources
Many prime parts from relics, and many relics
Helminith on 5+ metamorphosis
Necramech maxed
Many prime characters (a few must have formas)


Any price range is allowed, as long as it is reasonable. Any insane prices, I won't look at them.
