Well, I got scammed by APID: discord: juralumin#5643

After I sen the funds he changed his discord name, deleted all his message and then blocked me.
Since he deleted all his messages from our conversation all I have is a one-sided convo with myself.

He changed his discord name to Axonide#2603, which I think is linked to this account:

He decieved me into using friends and family so paypal wont do anything, I was already on the phone with them for over an hour talking to 3 different people.
I have attempted to reach out to both discords and the yahoo email that his pay pal was attached to, no luck on anything so far.

I am fairly new to this site so I dont know where to go to report anything, but some for of action needs to be take against him.
Please Help
