Buying gold...is this safe?

Hi, Recently purchased 5000g from www.mogs.com. Have not had it delivered yet, but after talking with them in live-chat they say there method of delivery is just to trade it, is this safe? or is 5000g not enough to setup any flags?

Trading is fine but avoid exact and even numbers.

How about mail? they say if im not online they just mail it, is this the same case or should I try to do it via trade?
