I have a Platinum 5 Season 6 account - however it is very much a professional tier account so it depends how much you are willing to fork out. It is Gold 1 now placed, Platinum Border -- has every champion and over 140 skins including hectech annie, pax sivir and vic maokai (the rarest 3) but so many more. PM for information.
