Hello! I'm looking to buy an EUW account that has either Hextech Kassadin or Count Kassadin with the whole chroma bundle. If it has Count Kassadin but only some chromas then we'll take a look at it first before any decisions are made. I'd prefer if the account is unranked or low level, but rank doesn't really matter.
I can only pay through PayPal unless you're in Sweden where I can pay through Swisch. My budget is around $50 but may change depending on the account. Of course, if the account has both skins and chromas I may pay more. Please add me on discord for further negotiations.

An account with 10 hextech crafting gemstones would also work because I can get Hextech Kassadin that way as well.
