I've been looking for a new Android account on na/eu, specifically with Bloodbath. Skins I'd like would also be Crimson bride or Sands of Time, Inferno Sonata, Kroto and/or Soundwave.
My budget is $300 usd via PayPal, however I can go over by a small margin if the account is good and we can use a trusted middleman. (I can link her below, I've went through her before my hiatus! We can also use a middleman from here if you would feel more comfortable.)
