Buyer purchased 2XKO key and received wrong(already used) key automatically after purchase by my mistake, when I had night in my country and can't answer immediately.
He left negative feedback before contacting me. I offered him full refund on his payment type, because Im out of stock keys, but he started insulting me.
Always I tried to receive from him infortmation about him email to send him refund, but he ignored my messages and continued insulted me.

I have sold over 300 keys+accounts on EpicNPC in 2XKO category and all was fine. Sometimes buyer had problems, but I send to all replacements.

Just look his messages (screenshot attached)

I am ready to send a full refund, but I need the details of where to send it, because he paid with a bank card. He ignoring me with that information.

Refund received after many many hours of arguments and attempting to contact this man on multiple platforms. He told me "good luck" when I said I will -rep him. Avoid this seller at all costs.

Edit: I thought it was 700 accounts? As you can see in the email you provided? Scammer!
