Buyer has filed a dispute on purchased account

I sold an account almost a week ago fully functional and operational

i then received a PayPal dispute from the buyer saying that the account has been banned for violating the end-user license agreement i wanted to know how to proceed further with this isue because the account sold has never been banned, issued any warnings nor has any modding, cheating or illegal action has been done on the account.
