Buyer bought an account from us.
Buyer stated that there is a problem through live chat and demand us to compensate right away or else will take legal action and sue us. We are super happy when he decide to take legal action but it turn out that it is just a tool of threatening and empty promise, liar.
The live chat agent felt suspicious as why would people demand instant and do not willing to allow some time to look into it and verify.
Live chat agent guaranteed the buyer to get a reply within 72hours (as it is stated in our sites) and directed the buyer to send an email to us (email conversation could also act as an evidence when disputes happen since chat is invalid) as it require the technical support to look into it and verify the claim since he raised the issue only after 10 hours of the delivery. and it is just a login issue which can be basically discovered within minute.

Less than 2 hours later, buyer left a feedback without even waiting us to investigate whether is he trying to scam us by providing a fake reason or its just a misunderstanding from our side.
Just wanted to mention that this guy is really suspicious and do lie a lot here and there for example, there is no way to block an email, unless he is living in 2077. So, I am unsure what his intention is but regardless we want to have no relation with this guy anymore.
Getting irritated by his behavior and suspiciousness, we also decided to refund just to cut our tie off with him.
