What is the dispute about? He tried to scam me, but he fail

Approximate value of property: 200 euro
Was a middleman used? No
He wanted buy my eve online character, sent me 200 euro on my paypal account, but he did't add message I wrote him: "I will not dispute this payment as this transaction is for a purchase of virtual goods. With this payment, I am acknowledging that I am satisfied with what I have bought and realize that it is in working conditions". This seemed strange to me, and i go to google and found this thread on this forum https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/787299-Scammed-by-Liquidsmoke? There I saw his paypal account [email protected] in black list. I received money from this scammer paypal account. I told him, that I do not deal with scamers, and do not transfer char to his account. His money now in my paypal account, I told him that he can open dispute and get money back.

Have you traded with this person before? No, but he tried to scam me from other skype account
Approximately how many transactions have you done on EpicNPC? I sold on this forum 3 chars and 20 bil isk, dealt with 3 members.
And now he created new epicnpc forum account and apam in my threads that I scamer
Please ban him and delete his posts.
