Bronxboy - banned for using VPN, help @EpicNPC (Mike)

I'm writing this on Bronxboy behalf. He contacted me on Skype and told me this:

Sellers andFriends reported a scam to me about Bronxboy. I saw all his IPs are VPNs so he was banned. So not only does he use a VPN, he has a scam accusation against him and he's only been registered for 10 days.

I'm not sure what he's asking me to do, but using a VPN is out of the question.

Once he gets back home, he can login using a normal ISP and dispute his ban then, but not while using a VPN.
