Like the title says, I'm looking to buy an account that has as many battle passes maxed out as possible. For a handy dandy guide and summary of the signs that convey this, the account should IDEALLY have...
Highly Desired Skins:
The Mandatory Skins are outlined because each one of them is either acquired through the highest tier of a battle pass, or are on the last page of one. By having these skins it indicates to me that you have all the others that that battlepass may contain. Any and all additional styles of a skins should also ideally be unlocked.
Final Notes:
The following skin series hold little to no interest to me. Do not consider them a mandatory requirement for the account.
