Approximate value of property: $299.01 USD ($200 for the account + $99 for the sub in March - see Skype log for details). I spent over $150 additional in items for the account (can all be documented through Paypal).
Was Trade Guardian used? No - it wasn't available at the time of this transaction as it was still undergoing changes.

What is the dispute about?

Other details / notes: I bought an account, everything was great until this weekend (5/26) I got a Skype message from him asking "Are you still playing that account?". I didn't respond as it was Memorial Day Weekend and I was away on vacation. This afternoon at work I got email prompts from Square Enix that I had changed account information (didn't see them until I got home) and when I got home to log in I couldn't. I'm getting Discord messages from friends saying that my character is no longer on the server and I see that he has transferred all the characters (even ones I made myself and paid SQ for Boost potions and levels ($50 a pop)) to a different server.

If you have a support ticket about this recall, please post screenshots of it. I put in a support ticket but I didn't get an email confirmation that it was submitted. I'm guessing this is because the email address on the account was changed. I did get emails that the account was changed - I'll submit those in the pictures below as well. I received two email - my guess is (because I have changed account information before and received these exact kinds of emails) is that the first email was because the password had changed and the second email was because the email on the account had changed.
