What is the dispute about? I bought the account from the seller and later found out he is trying to resell the same account on this platform while having access to the account somehow.

Chat Log Screenshots (make sure username is visible, not display username): first row of pictures wont matter to much at first since the deal goes smoothly and all is fine.

(slightly worried he doesnt give the steam account thats binded to the account but back then i didnt think much on that)

Few days pass and i find out that i get this message from time to time with the account.

I look into the gmails security settings and find out the security code is being sent to his phone number still (mistake on my part) so i look for him in my friends list on discord only to find out hes removed me.

(lookin back at this, kinda weird how he removed me tho he gave the excuse of "cleaning out his list")

And that wraps up the dms pretty much besides the "have a good day" from both of us.

NOW the important info regarding this case
Few days pass by and i randomly look through epicnpcs counter side accounts and see what previous sellers are doin. Notice how he doesnt post any screenshots for this thread about the account (obviously by itself its nothing to be taken seriously but in this case its just sussy behavior especially since hes posted screenshots for his previous threads that hes made).
I think for a moment about the recent log outs ive gotten due to someone accessin my account from a different location and decide to try and see what "new" account this person is trying to sell. Since i thought it would be kinda weird to ask from the same guy to buy a new account, i decided to make an alternative discord account to message the person.

I add him through the epicnpc post on discord, he accepts fairly quickly and here comes the truth:

i look through the imgur photos... and they all line up almost perfectly with the same account ive been using ever since i originally bought it from him...

My final proof i wanted to personally find out was to get information of that account hes selling that he didnt have pictures of yet so i ask him what the accounts level is

I immediately refresh my accounts page to see if he logs in to take a screenshot of the account and he did indeed log me out after a minute later.
level 70, the same level my account is currently

He seems to still possibly have access to the email thats linked to the game and is lying about not having it linked to steam since i tried that originally but its already linked to a steam account which means he is likely using that as a way to login to the account.
The reason hes selling it for higher price is because ive whaled on the account so the price has jumped from 250 to 500.

Other proof: i can easily take pictures or show video footage comparing my account with the imgur post this seller has provided. Since its been 3 days as of currently of that imgur being made but overall it looks ALMOST identical to the account i bought from him

Most account recalls have little proof. To get more evidence, please open a support ticket to attempt to recover the account BEFORE opening a dispute thread.
Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof) Since he has access to the steam account likely he is the original owner of that account.
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc) Only the gmail thats linked to the game.
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? he technically always had it but right now we both have access to the account.
If you have a support ticket about this recall, please post screenshots of it.

Epicnpc will no longer review disputes if one of these three Trade Guardian options is not used. There will be 2 types of disputes that can be opened.

1. Trade Guardian dispute - If TG was used, we will fully investigate as normal.
2. Scam Review - If TG was not used, only an account review will be conducted on the accused's account. We will check if they're a known scammer, previously banned member or have been accused of scams on other sites. They will then either be banned or not. An investigation into the dispute will not be conducted.
