Describe the problem:

Seller promised me to start the agreed service yesterday, but he did not start.
I waited patiently and he said he would start today. Same thing, he did not start.
Now he is not replying to me anymore.
I want my money back.

@SaltnVinegar I tried to contact him once again via the chat on this site and tried to convience him to make a wise decision but he is not replying.
I assume his account on this forum will get banned aswell if he doesnt resolve this?

Yes correct. You can then contact Wise and report the scam which should result in an account suspension on their end.
