bought a bdo account, after one year the owner claimed it back

In 2019 i bought an account from Ovan, after one year in 2020 he claimed it back!
i also give him a bad feedback after one year to prevent other costumers..
and then he tried to deny the accusation..

It was around the time i contacted the bdo support so it was the 1st july 2020

the same thing i got asked by the EpicNPC CM in the other thread, but i can copy and paste it here too:

"As i said in the beginning, i had some private issues with corona and stuff, but after 1 year i came back to epicNPC and my intention was not to get a refund or get the account back (since i know he could claim it back everytime he want)
I only wrote a negative feedback to infrom other customers..
Thats why i only wrote a feedback and not contacted the support

But if he didnt want a bad feedback he of course can refund"
