Bosnianperson11 - Scammer - Stole my priest - lots of proof

Wow where do I start. Bosnianperson11 wanted to trade his warrior for my priest. After I discovered that the SQ/A that he had on the warrior account was was incorrect, I purchased an account to transfer the warrior out. After making an account with what I thought was the correct last name, it turns out the last name is incorrect also. Here is the aim convo of Bosnianperson11 giving me the SQ/A and last name. r4nsum is the person he got the account from. This may seem incomplete because we were on vent at the time. I have pages of aim logs, just trying to post the important stuff.

**Note: I was using the make a trial account method to check the last names on accounts. Blizzard changed it so that method doesnt work anymore and I didnt realize this till afterward.</span></span>

After I determined the last name and SQ/A were both incorrect. I called off the trade. Here is the aim log of BosnianPerson11 saying he would pay me back for the account I purchased since he gave me the wrong last name.

When he said brb at the end there, he blocked me on aim and never came back. I have screenshots of this:

So today, I tried to log on the priest to do arena for the week. The account password was changed and account wasnt under my email. So I called the OO then blizzard to recalled. After getting the account, I logged and found out that the priest was transferred to another account. I never gave him the last name on my account, he was able to figure it out from the username which wasnt too hard.

We tried trading on July 17, 2008.
He recalled and transferred the priest on July 18, 2008
I called him on July 20, 2008, asking him to repay me the $40 for the battlechest, he said he would. Then I asked why he blocked me on aim and he hung up.
I found out that he stole the priest on July, 21, 2008.

That sucks.. why do scammers exist.. makes our job tough and they dont realise how painful it is to lose an account/to lose a lot of money and just get off easily.
