Bnet account security?

How can I make sure after I buy a bnet account the original owner won't recover it back any way to make sure they can't get it back 100%? Thanks

There is no 100% the oo can always recover.

You could try to get the photo ID. Makes it harder or buy a new set of WoW keys and transfer the char to a new account. If the OO does not know the new Secret question and answer then they can't get it back.

I had a scammer once who bought one of my wow chars and he had xferred it to another account. I tried to take it back and was unsuccessful
