Blizzard Authenticator Question!

I have an account i got a couple of months ago that is not originally mine, but I have the SQ/A, full name, email, phone number and everything else but their ID. Would I be able to buy a Blizzard Authenticator to secure the account?

yup! all you need to do is to buy one from the shop, press "add authenticator" on the account management page, then input the unique bar code on the back of the authenticator!

so bone when I add the authenticator to the account, your saying there is a slim to no chance that the Original Owner will be able to recall it back a couple months after I have been playing on it?

Couple of things:

1) Transfer it off the account FIRST.
2) Add the authenticator to the NEW account.

99% chance that will never be able to retrieve it.

So, if I put an authenticator on my account, can I then ebay the authenticator?

nono, oncde you associate the authenticator to your account, you have to keep it so you can generate a one time use passkey to change account information!
