Bitcoin Temporarily Disabled

We are having an issue with our Bitcoin system and are working to fix it. It's been down for about a week and we expect it to remain down for at least another week. Hopefully we'll have it back up by Nov 4th. Sorry for the trouble.

Update: Bitpay has been temporarily disabled for credits. It should be back within 24 hrs.
