I am very sorry to hear that you were scammed by someone who was representing as us.
Our skype profile name is "bestwowaccounts.com"
MAKE SURE TO VERIFY SKYPE PROFILE NAME before adding contacts in order to be sure that you are talking with US and NOT with someone else who is using similar skype name in order to confuse people!

After further investigation regarding this case we came to the following conclusion :
1. Last few weeks someone was creating fake Skype profiles using our website title in order to confuse people and unfortunately Skype stupid search terms made it possible .
2. We have managed to delete all fake Skype profiles which were used by scammer to immitate us with the help from Skype support.
3. After further investigation we came to conclusion who that scammer person is , unexpected part was that investigation has led to a customer of ours who we do have in Skype contacts since 2012. His main and personal skype profile is "nicklas13051" . His full real name is: Nicklas Løvgreen, Country: Denmark , his real IP address and further location info is: http://whatismyipaddress.com/ip/93.167.123.234
4. We did contact him today and hopefully we may be able to make him to refund ( nocturne1983 ) a person who was complanining as victim of this scammer.
5. We can provide Screenshot of skype conversation if its required, we are going to paste text conversation here:
