I arranged to purchase a league of legends account from the seller but as soon as I sent the money over paypal he proceeded to block me and went offline. I tried adding him under his alternate account but he blocked me again after realizing I was the person who paid him. I've filed a paypal dispute as a result and I'll likely get my money back, but please don't buy from this guy and save yourself the inconvenience of being scammed.
