What is the dispute about?
I am opening this dispute on behalf of my best friend, whom gave me permission to do so.
I don’t enjoy doing this but I have to since he has the guts to scam my best friend when I wasn’t paying attention and busy with work..

Timeline:
Aug 9, 2021 7:42am: my friend saw this guy post on epic and add him on discord to purchase.
Aug 9, 2021 8:04am: after my friend send the payment via PayPal fnf, dude just completely disappeared and never replied back.
8:05am: immediately 1 min after reply back to my friend and disappear, he went on epic and delete his post.
