Dude what the **** am I supposed to even do here? I did not recall this account, but YOU recalled the funds in paypal and destroyed my paypal account in the process.. Good one, you probably lost this account in some trade and wanted your money back.

Also I sold you a SWTOR account and if I had recalled my WoW account don't you think I would of recalled that also, you *****.

Logisticz from the tickets you posted it does not appear the account was ever recalled, the initial email from Blizzard says "due to the activity on the account" which can mean a simple IP change could have triggered the account ban. It also does not appear from the Blizzard ticket that the account is permanently banned as they are asking you to submit ID to reactive it.

batchyau also mentioned a SWTOR account and since you did not mention it I will assume you still have it.

It appears you jumped the gun on this and should have waited for batchyau to reply before starting any disputes.

What do you want to do at this point? Undo the sale? or batchyau can help Logisticz get the account unbanned?

EpicNPC batchyau submitted a ticket to blizzard. I have proof. Asking them to change email back to his email. He told them his number, email address, and full name. I have proof. Right away I submitted this forum that he recalled account. After that I called paypal and paypal rep herself told me that his account has been involved in this activity before I provided full details of what happened. Then I called blizzard and after 2-3 stressful hours I finally got the account back. It is in my possession now. But this person clearly tried to reclaim this account with full intentions. I do not have problem I leveled a lvl 90 on this account so I do not wish to give the account back. I will post a screen shot dated and timed of his call to blizzard. Please let me know what other steps to take.

This is the ticket that got my account banned. Because after I purchased this account from him. I moved that whole account to a new account. So I replied to the ticket saying this was not submitted by me and also after that I cancelled the ticket so more inquiry won't take place.

If you look at the time it was submitted. This was before I took any steps. After I confirmed everything. That's when I called paypal for chargeback. I can provide you those screen shots as well.

Im a little confused. The ticket was opened with only a name and email listed, but no instruction to do anything which doesn't really make sense to me. If he called in or contacted in-game support, there would be a recap support ticket, correct?

Is this an automatic generated ticket by the system or did someone manually log in and post that info? if it was manually created, then I don't understand why he only posted the name and email.

is that email address that starts with 'fr' in the ticket the original email on the account? Logisticz can you send me a uncensored screenshot of the chat showing that it's the original email.

No Sir I was not given control of original email. He changed the email to the email I provided him. Also on the phone with Blizzard today they told me that a person has tried to reclaim this account and thus why it's being closed. They have closed the account permanently as I showed you in Private Message.
