Banned Accounts

I Had an account a while ago that got banned because I forgot the password, and ended up making a new account. (I Deleted the email address , so there was no way I could've gotten it back.)
Then The other account I made got banned.
Is there any way those accounts could be deleted, so I can use this site?

I don't get your point really. If those accounts are banned (also why?) why aren't you using this one as your main / normal account?
