Bank to bank transfer

i'm selling my account...the buyer want me to use this method
i just have to give him my iban code and he will transfer money

is it safe this method?
there are possibility he charge back after i gave him all the info of my account?

he want screenshot of my account page o see if i'm the original owner. is it safe??

Its the safest transfer method possible. Giving him a screenshot is perfectly fine, I would advice blanking out the account name trough possibly.

Don't give him the information until you see the funds on your bank statement.
