Buyer purchased account from me on the 20th of January. Six days later he tells me it was banned and shows me email that states account was banned for advertising PVP achievements, progression or rewards for real world currency. He said it was my fault and that I sold gold on account.
1. I buy gold from him, so why would I sell it for a loss to someone else? I am not a store and don't have farmers...
2. The account closure email says nothing about selling gold anyway. It literally states advertising which HE DOES!
I believe buyer was caught advertising on account and blamed me because it was convenient. He is a store and does all of these services. If I was a store and did this I certainly wouldn't be selling this account to him for cheap so he can flip... Even though, I did like this buyer so I offered him my other wow account at an extremely discounted rate. The account value was around $600 and I offered for only 1000 gold. Basically asking for the difference and I would take the loss because I did feel bad. He agreed on the 1000g but said he did not have it on my server at the time. The next day he decides to open a dispute on me on paypal which I noticed too late. He won initial paypal dispute because I didn't provide evidence in enough time. I have since appealed and sent them a massive amount of evidence which I am 100% sure they will overturn.
Buyer also reported negative feedback I left for him. I did not answer in enough time because I do not check this website very often.
I have attached several images of conversation to show the dates, that he went against our agreement for the second account and the emails that states why the account was banned.
