I have rules on my server, no refund revoked token. but I told him to wait 48 hours, but he spread the word that I was a scammer and the people he talked to helped me.

I didn't give the boost because I was angry with what he was saying to my customers, so I kicked him out of my server and didn't talk to him until after the 48 hours I said I would give the boost.

if he waits for 48 hours I can give him the boost but what he did was insulting me.

I will go through this point by point.

1. there were no rules at the time I bought from him. There were never any rules mentioned or pointed out in any way. The first time he came after a week with these rules. Probably written quickly to blame me or possibly even stolen from another server.

2. When the boosts were gone after 2 days I asked you how it goes on and you said you will find a solution for it. Until then, no word of the rules, but rather the opposite, that you would take care. More days later someone asked you how it looks now and you told the person that you clarify this in a private message. When I then 2 days later have written to you with a private message, you have answered me that there are no refunds, after a little back and forth you have promised me at least one month of the 3 paid months if I would wait another 24 hours. I then wrote to the first person who should write to you, which you have agreed. She then told me that she would get her boosts back in a week. But you told me something completely different as mentioned above.

Then I said that I think we were scammed because we received completely different answers. And in the end I'm right with the statement, others you also promised after a week to give back the boosts. They have their boosts refunded (see the ratings at your offer) so I may well assume that you have scammed me. However, I have nowhere run around and have written to the people or anything else that you scam ore something. Therefore, I see my negative rating as absolutely justified.

The rules of my server have been posted for a long time, don't say that they haven't been posted because I'm reposting them so that those on the server know the rules in case you have a problem.

Then prove to me that the rules have always been there. Show me a log that I ever entered your server and at that time rules were there. You talk a lot about it but I don't see any proof anywhere. In addition, I have waited a week, I have mentioned several times and I have also told you several times why I assumed a scam. You first said you care and finally offered me something different than the others. You always talk about rules that did not exist until now, and the other "customers" have apparently not affected. They have not been told by you that there are rules and they get nothing. You apparently promised them a week's wait and then gave it back to them. You told me 24 hours and wanted to give me 1/3 back. However, you have not kept your promise.

I don't think you understand. I was the first one to ask you about it. You said you'd take care of it. I waited 5 days and didn't hear back from you. When I asked, you told me there was no refund. You then said that I would get back at least 1 month of the 3 months I had paid for. Until then I had not even written to anyone. It was another day later that I asked Sqwashie what you had agreed between each other. See the screen at the top. And until then, I had only said to her that I "think" you scammed us because you told me something different than you told her. If she takes that to imply that I'm somehow writing to other people and telling them you're a scammer, then don't take it out on me, because I didn't actually write that with anyone else at that point. I didn't say anything about you on any other server, or in any private chat. I didn't give you a bad rating until the end because I hoped you would do a good job. I probably would have texted Sqwashie that everything was fine if I had gotten my boosts, so she wouldn't have to worry if she didn't have hers yet.

If you then think you must be offended and act out of anger (at this point about a misinformation), then you have more than earned the bad rating!

That is why no one can believe you. Because everything you do is not logical for anyone. My bot can edit an embed without any problem. Yours supposedly can't, that's why it has a different date. Ok, all right.

And so far, nowhere in your rules does it say that if someone has bought something for a certain period of time, and you don't keep to that period of time (for whatever reason), they don't get a refund as a buyer.
