The account has been used since the beginning of the game. I am platinum since S1 and I have all of the gold+ skins including jarvan from S1 who is super rare. 10+ rune pages, tons of runes, all champions excluding the new ones cause i'm not playing for 2-3 months. There are around 100 skins with lots of skins that you can not buy anymore.
I'll give all of the information you need to retrieve the account if somebody in the future scams you. Also, every time i've got scammed I manage to get the account in few days because it is really old and the mods are pretty friendly.
