MY FIRST RECCOMENDATION

Dont do it, this has got to be the easiest way for you to get scammed out of your money.
Even if they go first, and give you all the info, because your Repped, and there obviously "Lagit".. it is extremely easy to get WoW accounts back, and alls they have to do is lie on the last name, and your screwed.
If you go first, well expect a sign off within the first 5 minutes of you giving them the key, and them replying with: "Let me just confirm it real quick"...
--- If you decide to go ahead and do it anyways ---
Get all of there information first, there first name, there phone number, ( then call and confirm the phone number, and who you are speaking with. )

If they say they dont have a phone, or cant talk on the phone I highly suggest just flat out ending the conversation there. Also, talk to them for about 20 minutes or so on the phone, not in a creepy way, but just kind of get to know them, if you feel comfortable feel free to move on.

Although this isnt really a true way to confirm there legit : Also request other information, the more you have the BETTER.
Look there Markee up on google, or search it on Markee, you'd be suprised what you can dig up on people.
Talk to people that have posted on there rep thread saying there "Legit", and see what they have to say about the person.
And beyond the other obvious stuff involved with trading anything, thats all I can really offer in that area.

The only thing im going to say on this: Even the most repped users will turn to the dark side of trading in times of an expansion.
