Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: mexico6912 said that he want buy my account, asked my paypal email, and give 4 digit code which i should give to paypal to "complete transaction". I got call from PayPal, autoinformer ask me to type 4 digits to proove ownership of paypal account. I didn't do it. As i understand this was attempt to steal paypal via password restore function, or something like that, but i am not sure. Also this guy russian, but speak english and ignoring my suggest speak russian (trying look as EU/US man, because for payments inside Russia we dont use paypal).
