I'm not 100% sure, but i bought a paladin from him. He seemed cool, and i payed straight away and he was happy. He said that he didnt have the SQ/A but knew the owner in real life and he assured me that he would have it to me in a couple days.

Can i do anything at this point? Why is he mia?

Hey Wings, I would like to know whether or not the account left your hands.

The OO seems to have given me ample proof that it was not him, and has given me back my respected trade for the grief which was caused.

However, I have now heard that your paypal is under fraud investigation and that there has been a claim on payments sent to another user on this forum.

I do not know what to think as of yet, I still am assuming I need to refund you which I am working on now but am a bit weary about what happened as this whole picture does not make sense.

No it hasn't to be honest... i was leveling mining and planning on botting the character at 300 mining.

Also with the paypal, some moron chargedback money after i sold him gold and that put my paypal into some sort of security trip, however i called paypal and i gave them all my information and that will be all sorted out...

If anyone has any experience with this sort of matter in paypal i'd appreciate any help, im fairly confused right now.

oh... i never actually got in contact with that person, and besides that one i only contacted one other person about the paladin and they wernt interested. But no, it never left my possession.

I don't really know what to do, neither of us have provided proof that a scam has taken place. The OO said the account was not recalled, and he was understanding and gave my respected trade back, this man is not some teenager, he is an adult and I had spoken to him on the phone.

I'm not saying the account wasn't recalled, but the proof just doesn't show evident/ample justification to refund right now.

D.) OO agrees to return Atraill's original account.
a. OO no longer has an account and is at a loss
b. New owner is without an account
c. Atraill has account and money from sale.

It seems to me that there won't be any evidence to prove an account was recalled. It's quite difficult to prove. Though, an easy fix to all of this is to recall the OO's account (either by the OO or by Atraill) and refund Wings. This situation benefits all involved...

A.) OO has his account back,
B.) Atraill has his account back,
C.) Wings gets his money back.
D.) Everyone is back to square one.

That seems the ideal situation. </div></div>

The OO received an Aion account from me along with a steam account. I received the steam back, and I assume he is still playing Aion.

Reason for me not wanting the Aion back is because I was running a linux distro and had no use for it. I am going to assume he has the SQA as I did send it to him. I however have not received a message from him in a while since this thread was closed, and I was at the assumption that there wasn't enough proof given?

With battle.net accounts what kind of proof can be given? After this transaction I'm no longer going to be in the WoW B/S/T..

At first I thought I was liable, but now after personally speaking with the OO, etc.. I do not believe he is guilty.

He hasn't shown any proof yet, hell I've been the one THINKING I was in the wrong, but know I don't think I am.

Im not rushing anyone, and im on vacation right now. So i wont have fast responses... but, I did never recieve the SQ/A. The account WAS recalled... aka, the password/user that atraill gave me did not work.

I don't know what other type of proof to provide.

I did send you the SQA a day or two after I told you I had lost it.

Also, you were never in contact me with me, I sent you an IM's twice, now I don't know when you went on vacation so I don't know that timeline, but I know you were online/away when I sent those messages so unless your computer rebooted/someone else closed the window, the SQA was there.

I will agree that the PW was changed on the account, but then again you could have done that yourself?

It just seems all too weird, especially with no proof.

I thought you were to provide ample proof with an accusation. I'm sorry but I will not be assisting until I see that I am at fault. Honestly I don't even know if I'm going to be perm banned from this site yet as dinner said he needed to talk to the admins about it (which I have not heard back from yet).

I'm not looking to out someone of 40 dollars or lose my rep over it, my side seems fine as I've looked up on it, his.. no proof, all talk.

Im waiting for andrew to help me retrieve the account or refund me. Im fairly confused... andrew said that he gave me the SQ/A, however he never did... and he posted a picture of himself unable to get into the account.

Im back at home right now, andrew can contact me via email, aim or phone.

Im not in a rush, im not hard to deal with. Andrew seems reasonable as well, so i hope we can get this issue settled.

Hey. I did try to login into the account to see if it worked because you had told me the password, which I had tried and didn't work. That does not prove much though. I will assist with the recovery of the account, I am too confused on how you did not receive SQA as I did send it to you over AIM.

I will try and get ahold of the OO today.

I'm typing this as if it's coming from his mouth:

"I think this is ridiculous. There has been no proof provided go look at every other scammer thread -- there are precedents set for a reason; don't go ahead and break one for a silly case like this. It really is ridiculous. I will NOT be refunding him as I do not know what happened to his product/item/account after the transaction took place".
