What is the dispute about? Atheista expressed interest in the account again back in February of this year but I did not want to sell it back due to the value of the account having increased a lot. Today he tried to change the account back under his e-mail, so I had to contact SWTOR customer support. He is trying to steal back the account after having sold it to me.

Chat Log Screenshots (make sure username is visible, not display username): You can see two chat logs, one from when I purchased the account (the rest of the conversation was on Skype, but that chat history got lost because Skype does not save old messages)

and the other from February when Atheista wanted to buy the account back (I also sent him a message today when I found out he was trying to steal my account)

What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? E-mail and password, which I have since changed. Unsure how he's able to change his info back despite my having an Authenticator for security

What? i contacted support to try and retrieve you account.And this is the answer that i got.

Also it have been more than a year since i sold u the account.How can i know what have u been doing with it for the past year.And is impossible For me to change the account to My PayPal email adress.Since i have created New account on it.i have spend My Own money to purchase Skype credits And try to retrieve the account For you.They didnt want to give me any info.As it Was registred on various emails since i sold iz to you.They final response was on that screenshot that i posted u above.And that Gmail is not My mail you could easely ruin your account get banned or something And make the one with the same name on different email platform.

@Atheista: Why were you trying to contact support to try and retrieve the account? You have not contacted me at all about your attempt to do this, so I can only assume that you were trying to take over the account for yourself without letting me know. The first thing I saw this morning when I woke up at 8:34 AM PST is that the e-mail for the account has been changed to YOUR e-mail you used for your Paypal account. In fact, I did not even know it was you who was trying to change the e-mail until I Googled linderoting and found that it traced back to your EpicNPC account. Why were you trying to retrieve the account? Why were you trying to log into the account?

I saw that u Made a post And accused me i have tried to retrieve it For you.As it have pissd me off.and again My email ends with Hotmail not gmail.u could easely get your account banned or *** it up.And set me up And try to get something from me .i am not that dumb to create email with same name as the old one And try to retrieve it.
Support have Said to me that account have been trough many different email s i guess they have tracked IPS And flagged it as a shared account that brakes their policy so yeah mext time when u accuse someone get your facts straight.And yeah i did ask u would u Like to sell me account back or trade For it as i Was unsure were u playing it anymore.That doesnt mean that i have steal ur account.And yeah i really dont care about gaming anymore or playing anything since i Got Job offer to Work as a Cook in Germany Leipzig.I have apsolutely no reason to steal dead game account.Game closing in a year till 2020 Since i resell accounts it have no value For me at All....

Fact of the matter is, at 8:34 AM PST, I received an e-mail from SWTOR support telling me that a GMail account with your exact username successfully switched the e-mail for the account I bought from you. I created this thread at around 9:30 AM PST. It's an objective fact that 'someone' with your EXACT username in their e-mail compromised the account BEFORE I even made this thread.

I'm willing to let the moderator or whoever is examining our case access the associated e-mail to the SWTOR account and look at the timestamp themselves. What proof do you have that you were not trying to compromise this account? What good could I possibly get out of 'pretending' to be you and doing this to myself?

Here's what I think: You wanted the account back because you miss playing SWTOR. I turned down your offer to get the account back. Now, you started really missing the account, and knowing that I have put even more resources into the account and got a lot more things, you want it even more so you convinced Support to hand you back control of the account. You didn't expect that I would go and look up the e-mail you tried to switch it to, and as it turns out, it's got the same username as your e-mail you used for your Paypal.

I have absolutely nothing to gain from doing this. If I wanted to make money, I could just sell the account and make more than twice what I paid you for it. YOU have everything to gain by trying to steal the account back. At best, you get a nice account filled with new goodies; at worst, you throw me under the bus and I lose an account at no cost to you.

Feel free to prove me wrong. I admit that being angry at you immediately was not particularly wise, but you can understand why I might be thoroughly peeved that someone with your username in their e-mail trying to steal my account is going to aggravate me. I have already shared my evidence, and am willing to provide anything else at the moderator's or your request. What do YOU have?

You are wrong because swotr support restores u the account in state that u had it when u were owning it. I don rrasheaech users would get their account hacked And restored on condition when they were playing it.If they can prove it regardless if account had better gear or not they have trackings of iz.So lets sad u had your account hacked u had 100mil coins And when someone hacks it earns 200mil coins more And at the end if u prove ownership u Will get your account in same state when u were playing it with 100 mil creds so yeah do some reshearch

This does not seem possible. The EA email was received almost 1 hour before Niconidas opened this dispute. So unless Niconidas posted some where else that his account was recalled, it's not possible.

Atheista has contacted me privately to admit that he did attempt to recall.

Due to Atheista long term standing here, his positive feedback and the fact he decided to admit it, we are not going to issue a ban. Instead a negative feedback has been added to his account.

Atheista has stated he will help Niconidas regain access to the account or provide a replacement account if that's not possible.

We will give this some time to be resolved. Niconidas please contact Atheista directly and update this thread periodically or once the issue is fully resolved.

Unfortunately i do not have acces to accout as it was flagged as shared it got locked or banned i do not know so yeah i didnt gain anything from it.
I regret my decision i cann barely sleep i have huge amount of guilt inside of me but i knew i didnt had any other options as i nened to be there in 2 weeks.

But regradless of that i will borrow some money and in that 2 weeks farm like crazy to give u some good replacemant account

I would like to open this with the fact that I do not believe you, not only because you have shown me nothing but distrust so far in this affair, but because of incongruities within your 'explanation'. If you were truly sorry about getting my account banned in your attempt to steal it, you would have just posted here instead of trying to keep the messages on the down low. Not only that, but you flagrantly lied to me from the very beginning, making me doubt myself in accusing you. If you had come to me with this story and asked to buy my account at a discounted price so that you could sell it, I probably would have accepted. Instead, you chose to deceive SWTOR Support, me, and the people examining this dispute thread; only to end up getting caught by all three, resulting in a huge loss on MY part.

However, in the spirit of reparations, and in my attempt to sympathize with you despite not believing your story, I believe that it would be 'fair' if you will refund me the original amount ($185.25, the equivalent to 160 euros at the time of purchase) I paid for the account. I do not believe that it will be possible for you to farm in two weeks and regain everything on the account, as it has grown so far beyond the original account you sold me, tripling or quadrupling the original value. After this whole affair, I no longer believe you are a trustworthy seller anymore.

I am sorry to tell u this but i can not afford that kind of money right now.
However i want u to give me the chance to make it up to you with new good account it would be registred on original email as i would save the email that came when i create accounnt.
Believe me i am more thannn good seller and resseler i can guarante u at least 400mil in Credits and gear in two weeks.
i would also buy u a sub with new account at least 30-60 days
The rest of the account i would pay u via paypal.
I just can not afford that kind of money right now.

@Atheista: You cannot be serious... 400mil credits and two weeks' worth of gear with a 2 month sub does not even cover a FRACTION of the original account. That's worth $30 at best, if you're even stretching it.

If you cannot handle the consequences of committing theft, then you shouldn't have done it in the first place. I am willing to extend the payment due date to a month from now (December 2nd, 2018), but that is it. The admins have been incredibly lenient on you due to your positive standing by not banning you, you shouldn't push your luck any further than that. You tried to steal and ended up destroying a highly valuable SWTOR account, and that is the end of that. Now the only thing left is for you to pay back what you owe (at what is an INCREDIBLY reasonable and sympathetic cost). You claim to need money, but you just bought a Black Ops 4 account. You claim to have little else, yet you just sold your FIFA account. If you do not have any cash left, then sell whatever you have left to make up for it.

You have given me absolutely no reason to believe your story. The moment you decided to sneakily steal the account back is the moment you forfeited any moral high ground. You have given up the reason for anybody to trust your words again, as your words no longer hold any value.
