Asking about warning

Hello dear all mod EpicNPC, at first i don't want to make this thread but since the Moderator who give me the warning is not responding to my message... Eventhough he/she is really active at Epic XD dunno maybe i'm just a nobody hehe..

I want to ask about this warning which give us penalty of -25 credits... i know its only a small amount, but can someone explain me why i get this warning?
I know its too late to ask this, since i never really exploring all of the feature of EpicNPC... just yesterday i explored the forum and finding my credits go -25...
and the description only Warning and didn't point out what mistakes i did.

It's just my assumption, but last month i did get a message from the mod about SALE VIOLATION.
Here's the chronology :
- Last month, i opened a thread at 7DS Category..
- I want to sell some of my account, with all the description of the game, the screenshot already attached, how to contact me, how i accept the payment method and the price... I mean.. i already sold some account at Epic, and i just do what i usually do..
- Suddenly, i got a message from him / her ( the local Mod there ) and the subject is SALE VIOLATION.. And the body of message i don't really remember it.. And after i replied it, he/she already said 'Sorry for the confusion, I will remove the infraction. ' Well, since he/she already acknowledge that my thread is ok, i thought it was alright.. So i'm just thinking 'Oh Okay.. Everybody do mistakes.'
- After some weeks, because my account still hasn't sold, so i decided to play that account.. And decided to delete the thread.. so you won't be find the thread anymore..

And from all of the things I said above, i just want to ask why i still get the -25 credits? XD once again i know it's only a 25 credit ( < 1$ ), but still it is not that good to see a minus point in my Account.. And for some moderator, I know you already busy with all of the things, but please.. Do help us when we ask hehe..

Ah some screenshot for the message to the mod.. I don't think i'm asking him/her in a rude behaviour, if yes im really sorry to this mod.. i'm not angry but just want to know why this happened.

Ah and by the way.. yesterday i can't found it at my inbox.. but today im searching it at my 'content', and found the message from the mod :

Warnings result in a -25 credit violation fee. 25 credits is about $0.20, so it's not much. The reason we do this is because some members don't care about warning points, so credits are removed to make the warnings a bit more serious.

If you got warning from one of moderator regarding the rule and sale violations, then you will took that minus.
Iirc, I've been hit 2 times as well so -50 for me.

There are no active warnings on your account, so not to worry the Moderator removed the infraction. Keep in mind that the negative balance won’t effect you in anyway. Since this was issued in error I’m sure @EpicNPC could look into it for you.

im glad sir if my account has no active warning and thanks to the mod..

this is just my opinion sir (i'm really really sorry if it offended you) : the negative balance in credits might be effecting me, because i think someone (especially a buyer) before they want to buy something. They might want to see all the profile of the seller.. since i never asking feedback to all my sales (which is this is my fault), my positive feedback is only 2 right now XD With that low positive feedback but has a minus credits, people tends to think twice before trying to contact me because of the minus credits. They might be wonder.. 'Why this seller has a negative credits, looks suspicious'. Once again this is only my opinion sir. >_< and i know i just need to top up 3$ to make my credits positive again..

and for this the last sentence 'Since this was issued in error.' i'm assuming this means the negative credits is an error? if so, hope sir @EpicNPC could help
