Warranty policy:
Case 1: If you buy an account from us and keep my Gmail linked to the account, we will guarantee 100% of the amount you paid for the account if you lose access due to Gmail recovery and change.
Case 2: If you do not link my Gmail to the account, we will only warranty if you lose access due to username recovery (because the username will be reset upon recovery). We will guarantee 100% if there is sufficient evidence.
For original owner accounts, if you want to receive full necessary information to retrieve the account (such as payment receipts, account creation date...), we will refuse warranty because you already have full information.
Important note: Currently, changing the email associated with an account is extremely difficult and may be prohibited. If you agree, we can guarantee during the waiting period for email changes by maintaining contact via Discord and attempting to change the email daily (this is not a scam because it is currently impossible to change the email, this is a common issue).
