As a seller idk what should i do

Idk how to do as a seller i can't give any solution about this.

Short story explanation:
So buyer came from whatsapp want to buy my 7K rebirth account, everything goes fine he said, then he login on pc/changing password and something idk (google prompt), then thr google account is got blocked. The game account is already on him, google account too, when i help to recover mine is got blocked too from google

Can anyone moderator know how should i do?

The customer has access to both the game account and Google account, but the Google account is currently locked?

Normally if that occurs it would be the seller's responsibility to unlock it. If there's too much suspicious activity there could be cooldown and you'll have to wait a few days to unlock it.

Well i tried to recover it it but its blocked on my side also, we already make a confirm that we need to wait for the cooldown
