My account is lvl 113. I have a total 28 6* star operators, and 28 skins as well.

I know it's not exactly a full meta account as it doesnt have Surtr, Thorns or Chalter, but it's a fun account, and can pretty much beat any content without problems.
The Meta operators I do have are: SA, Blaze, Kal'tsit, Mudrock, Eyjafjalla, Suzuran, Bagpipe and Ash.
