ArenaRating.eu refuses to refund a 160€ service they did not provide.

What was scammed?: An Arena Boost package for 160€. There were some misunderstanding in the deal (most from my part but I wasn't told the destination server was German which is quite a big deal for me). Then the seller refused to refund it although the order had never been started

Describe how you were scammed: After I sent arenarating.eu the payment of 160 EUR for a 2200 Rating 3v3 boost I later found that he wanted me to xfer to a German server to stay there for a while even though I can only speak in an English server. After only 1 day since sending the payment I asked for a refund and was denied. I have politely asked 2 more times for a refund, however, with no success. Arenarating.eu is currently scamming me for 160 EUR which I have sent them only a couple of days ago now for services that were not done for me. They are also flat out lieing to customers and especially me as he advertises 100% satisfaction guarantee on his front page.

you havent even explained, why german realm would be a trouble
because it has none
I even organised that the other teammates there would play with you for the weekly point cap for free
so you can stay there until you have everything you need (including offhand) and dont have to find teammates
They even cover your transfer cost, the 2x 20 €

But still I would have to xfer back , I can't stay on a German server, and won't have benefit for the rating, although the other two people will ( there is a reason why they don't want to tranfer on my server, I have the same reasons)

We had over 100 customers migrating to other realms in order to get the service done

you never made it a requirement that a german realm isnt suitable for your order. if I would have known that right from the start, it would have never got that far that 2 other customers are involved now and waiting for that rating to be done

which is the only reason why i cant refund, because I might need the money to pay them for not being able to provide a service which was agreed on a contract from both sides
after you ordered, I told them that I can boost them with you migrating, they got a contract and signed it. If they dont get now what they ordered, I'm in trouble

I know I'm not suppose to post on any scammer threads but I've been trying to contact Mike for days now to make this clear:

ARENARATING.COM is NOT affiliated with ARENARATING.EU

I've had conversations with the owner of arenarating.eu but he has refused to change the name.

The thread (http://vbforums.mmobay.net/professi...ces-|-2900-player-|-100%-success-rate-10.html) is clearly marked EU, so you should have known it was going to be on a EU server.

ArenaRating.eu owns you a refund, but he can take out a percentage since you canceled and caused him issues with other customers. The cancelation cost can be either what he had in the contract or 15% max if there was nothing stated.

Ill remove the neg feedback once a partial refund has been issued.
 
As I already said, I did mistakes and am conscious of that. What you propose seems fair to me, I'll be waiting for arenarating.eu to issue a partial refund and let you know. Thank you !

I just talked with the owner on MSN and he has been really understanding. A full refund has just been issued so I would like my negative feedback to be removed. Thanks you for your help in this matter.
