Here is my level 60 Archer geared for pvp (ranked 1258 but can reach 1500 easy).
PVE ilvl 160 (Reputation bow, reputation chest, bloodraves boots/gloves (not that good for pve but still enought for all dungeon)
PVP ilvl 160
Conjunct bow +12 (3%)
Conjunct chest +11 (3%)
Bloodraves boots +12
Bloodraves gloves +12

Best pvp/pve earings : reduce stun effects 10% - amplify heal 4.3% x2
Best pvp/pve rings : 1.5% damage - 0.04% crit damage x2

2nd best necklace (to get the best one u'll need luck ) : attack speed 4% - crit damage 0.04%

I have already farmed 3/4 of glyph, but i have the most important ones.
Réputation revered to most of them but you dont need the other.
A lot of fodders/materials/crystals/charms/panacea/etc in banks.
My configuration to pve/pvp are saved in stuff tabs/glyph tabs. 1 for Boss, 2 for monsters, 3 for battlegrounds, 4 for arena.

Nope it's not agnitor, it's the one you can buy in allamentheia. It's pretty good for pve but not the best for sure
