Apple ID Issue

Hi everyone,

I recently purchased an account from the game Rise of Kingdoms

However, the game wouldn't allow me to purchase anything within the game. It says that my device is not secured and that I have to log in using the old device and then make a purchase.
Basically, they want me to log in using Seller's Apple ID, and pay from his ID, which is of course too much to ask.
I linked the game to my iphone using Game Center and Facebook.

Does anyone know what to do? I called Apple Support and they told me that we can never cross 2 apple IDs.

I can't believe there isn't a solution to this as many accounts habe been sold regarding the game. i can't be the first one noticing this issue.

You have to use the original account that initially made purchases.

have you tried loading balance via itunes card?

So that means I can never use my Apple ID to make a purchase on that account? always have to use his?

I can't use any balance as well because it stops me right after I click on purchase (cf. picture: it's in french but it says what I mentioned in the first post)
