AOC account with pre F2p RotG expansion, characters don't really matter

I'm wanting to buy a pre free to play account that added the rise of the godslayer expansion before the game went F2P. i believe if the expansion was added before F2P much of the khitai content you are able to use for F2P versus if expansion is added to F2P account much content is only available if a "premium" member (which i don't want to do right now). The characters on the account don't really matter because i don't mind starting new ones. I was looking to pay $10, though if there are already established characters on the account on the crom server with gold and stuff i can add $5. if the account also has the "special" turan expansion that added a character slot, free lvl 50 character, camels and larger storage bag for all characters on account i'll add another $10
so price range $10-$25.
