I will buy any item of your choice, from the Steam store or market and trade it to you after the trade hold is up for 70% of it's value (in other words - 30% off) via Paypal or other payment methods. Could also buy games and gift them to you.
You would pay a small deposit when I buy the item, and the rest when it's ready to trade. If the item does not have a good trading history on the market, you would need to pay the whole amount upfront.
