Hey everyone,

Long time lurker, first time poster. I've recently purchased my first account, nothing really amazing, just the race, sex, and class I wanted, but honestly just do not have time to level anymore.

Anyways, as I said the character wasn't that great, and didn't cost much. I purchased from a reputable vendor on these forums, and have been playing my new account for a week and a half, no problems at all.

The way the transfer was done was buying a new account, using all the same contact info, and name etc. E-mail was something that had to do with the OO.

Everything seems great, I'm just curious on what not to do with this account, and what I can do. Also can the OO take his account back through this method?

Am I able to change the name / address on the account ( If I would do this, it would be 6 - 12 months down the line ). E-mail, will changing this 2 weeks after making the new account flag anyone?

Am I able to change realms down the line, and will I ever be able to transfer this character onto an account under my name, after changing it's account info.

Security is my number one goal here, I would really like to keep this account. I know all accounts get a flag of some sort after being transferred, when does that flag wear off?

I know this is a lot of text, I tried to space it out as much as possible, thanks for your help in advance.

Also, I guess the account was started using a CC with the OO's name, will it be safe to use Game Cards after the month is over? I guess it's my only option...

Basically it seems like you have the right idea. The safest method is to just not change everything at once, give it a bit of time.

The only thing I saw on your questions that you can't do is transfer to a new account under a different name. Generally account to account transfers are much riskier than just a regular server transfer.

I advise consulting the company you bought it from, they deal in so many account that they will surely have most of the answers to your questions.

Thank you, yes I just realized it's impossible to chance the actual name on the account through anything but probably submitting paperwork to Blizzard HQ. No worries, I'd rather Blizzard didn't know my real name and address anyways.

With doing what I'm doing how is the risk level? Low? Since I've been playing for a few weeks no with no problem would you say I'm in the clear?

Edit: Also, I have multiple accounts, and I've been recently wanting to buy some gold from MMOKing.com, would it be safer to buy the gold on another one of my accounts, then very slowly transfer it to my main account? I could care less if that account got banned, there's nothing on it, it was made to talk with the opposite faction on my server.
