What is the dispute about? Trying to scam my account information

Other details / notes: Wolxxx sent me pm's saying they were interested in my account last night, 28 August. Contact stopped because their Inbox was full, so sent an email informing them of such. They replied this morning 29 August, and we continued the discussion about the account. They wanted full access to the account before paying, to which i rejected. We agreed i'd give them password, they would pay and i'd give them the rest of the login information.
No payment was received, and i got a really dodgy email from someone pretending to be from Neverwinter Service, saying my IP had been banned. This is where i noticed that i'd received a message via my main thread on the forums that this person had tried to scam them too. To which I halted the discussions, and posted this thread.

I've still not received any money. I've also started to receive suspicious emails since starting these conversations with you. I don't think this is a legitimate transaction, and I'll be reporting this on EpicNPC.

I'm not being funny, but if your trying to find a way to get the login details, to match the password, i'm not wasting my time or risking the security of the account. There will be other people willing to buy the account, i'm EpicNPC verified, have 100% positive feedback, if thats not enough trust for you then there never will be. I can't afford to get negative feedback, as I have numerous accounts up for sale. If you want to buy it then thats fine, i've told you how this works. If you don't agree or accept this, then thats up to you.

How this works is simple. You transfer me $40 into my paypal account via the gift friends option to [email protected] As soon as the money is in my paypal account, i give you the login details for the account. Then after the money clears, i give you the login information for the email address associated with the account.
It's as simple as that.
