I contacted Alex on Skype, in an attempt to purchase an online steam account containing a game: Counter Strike:Global Offensive. I offered him $18 USD for the account, and he accepted. He then gave me "his paypal email address" - "[email protected]" I sent $19 USD to the named email, and he said he didn't receive it, that I may have made a mistake.


After checking for mistakes, I confirmed that everything was correct. He still insisted he had not received the money. After a short time of him still not receiving the money, I canceled the payment. He told me to try a different email address - "[email protected]". Finally, I redid the first step, and sent $19 USD to the 2nd named email. After sending, I asked if he had received the money, he replied "Let me verify right now" and then blocked/removed me. He failed to give me what I purchased, and then stole my money...

I have never received the payment on the paypal account [email protected]. I told him I have never received any kind of payment to my e-mail paypal adress and he said that the money has been said. I don't know what kind of trick he made but here's the proof I never received the money on my paypal account.

After this trick, I asked him to send me the money somewhere else, and he said sent again but no money was sent until then. I just stopped discussion and tought he was trying to play a trick on me. Deleted him from skype and deal is over.


Here is the screenshot proof of it. The user now sent me a iTrade negative without any proof of a deal close. I should have listen to myself as I checked his recents posts, he is calling everyone scammer and putting scam topics all the time with only 17 posts, 80% of them are related to scam issues, that's really disgusting.

It is kind of really interesting the fact that we both have different informations on paypal, for the same e-mails, both of our accounts have different stuff on it.

If you're telling you won the chargeback I suggest that everything is going fine then ? Cause as I show'd epicnpc admin, I never received any payment or any chargeback, this is weird .

The first one is a simple issue the first payment alex had him send was not to a verified paypal email at time of sending. Thats why it was canceled. Now the second payment is real. So even if this was refunded by paypal this issue is still open

You said, in your own words, "He did receive his item" and also went on to explain that basically I was ****ed under the digital goods protection (even though I still won in the long-run). Now why would you say that I received an item, that I clearly didn't. And why would you fight in a paypal chargeback if you didn't receive it, and didn't give me what I paid for.

You even told me when I pay make sure to put "For digital goods" in the comments section. You were CLEARLY ready to take the money and claim that I am not covered under digital goods. Clearly, LOL u did it minutes after I posted the dispute.

This has absolutely nothing to do with epicnpc and our skype conversations.

My e-mails are verified on my paypal account and have nothing to do with this screenshot.

The both emails I typed on the skype conversation are related on the same paypal account which have never received anything and the admin verified this information with me live-to-live.

Or are people selling stuff these days without receiving payments. Makes no sense to change it to SOLD according to his story of not receiving the money. I have never asked him to send the payment to another paypal account with different informations. Verify skype logs if you want. I asked him both e-mails that are related on my same paypal account and they are also both confirmed and verified. The admin saw this when he checked with me on a screenshare. This is going way too far for a simple 19$ usd scam attempt from his side apparently, or a technical issue with paypal. And also, the first payment have been canceled by his side, I just verified skype logs he did say that he cancelled the payment cause I told him I never received it. In both cases, he was the one proceeding with the cancelletion of both payments cause I never received any of those.

Closed thread cause I will definitively stop using epicnpc for sales after proving that I didn't attempt any scam on any kind and getting this scam topic closed. When it will be over with this, I will stop using this forum cause it's absolutely annoying how many people call scams everywhere, falsify screenshots and chargeback after every money transaction, mm flat fees are also too high for low trades, which make it impossible to deal with this. This was my last message on this thread, holidays are on the way, I realy don't feel to be in the mood anymore of this arguing. Proved what I had to prove and show with main admin. I love how u keep calling me out as a scammer, but all of my evidence is here buddy. I don't scam because I know how it feels, and I have proof to back it up. I didn't do anything shady, I asked you for the email, sent the money when you told me. I did a normal procedure in buying an account (besides using a middleman, which I will do next time so smooth liars like you have no chance) while being led into you scheme. About that chargeback, on youre screenshot its said "cancelled" not closed or anything. Means it ain't paypal decision but another cancel from you're side that were sent to an unverified e-mail. You're probably good with photoshop or stuff like that to edit white pages.

And why is the e-mails and name are different on you're screenshots and you're video ? You are cancelling payments, reversing.
How many claims do you have on you're account, you forgot to show that on you're video that the main admin was asking to show.
I can see the information on screenshots are not exactly on the same line of the bold on left side compare to the normal text on right side, is that normal ?

Plus, I showed that both emails provided are on my paypal account, and this paypal account never received any money, any claim, any cancellation of this user. How can I lie about this when showing directly on paypal website live-to-live. Then he's telling us he did received his moneyback but there is no claim at all on my accounts. What is going on there. I can't hack paypal and modify their system on my favor, this makes no sens. There is too many contradictions really.


Another Plus, If he did receive his cancellations money back, he should be satisfied he didn't lose any money ? I still don't get it. Nothing has been stolen.

No I don't know how to edit pictures worth a crap, but it's funny that you have to resort to saying that, as you have no solid evidence. The proof I've provided is real, and can be seen by Epic or another authority of this site in a matter of minutes with team viewer, etc. And how hilarious, the thief calls me childish. And why wouldn't I call you a scammer and laugh that I got my money back? Feels fantastic to get my money back, after it's just taken with nothing in return. A couple of days ago, I wasn't able to get my money back by getting scammed, so I was thrilled when I did this time. You're lucky this is the internet and not face to face, or you would've seen how really unprofessional I am.

Now your information will be removed if you are found innocent. Now even if op got his money back through paypal this still constitutes a scam.
My concern is the second payment is valid. Who did he pay if not you. You could have multiple paypals and showed epic one of them

Fact is, the emails I wrote on the skype logs are the one I show'd epic my paypal account with those emails, verified and that they belong to this account.

It's quite simple to understand. The emails I ask'd him to send the money, never receiving any payment. The rest is not under my control unfortunately.

The spectulation of multiple paypal is really unfair. Nothing can be proven on that part, I only have one paypal account verified and i'm using it.

Now hes my next problem. You do have 2 paypals. Please don't attack me in other posts for doing my job, when you are clearly lying.
I actually paid BOTH paypal accounts.

[email protected] the one BuLLiT actually paid is tied to [email protected] which was also tied to [email protected] which he sent payment to.

You then removed the email address and tied it to your other paypal account. which is tied to [email protected] the other one i paid. And the one you showed epicnpc.

And yes maybe I was being a bit unfair to you earlier. But I could see the bait and switch you played.

A person that gets a random payment would not fight the payment and say it was for a digital item. They would not know and would not try to steal someones money with the virtual items claim. They would be worried they could get in trouble for fraud.

Summary:
So you
First payment did not work because the email was not linked to paypal. Bullit canceled it.
Second payment went to the one paypal linked to [email protected] which is also [email protected]
You then linked the [email protected] to the other paypal account to show you never received payment.

They are both linked to skynethosting.

And when I called you on this the business information on the paypal payment side is now different. hmm funny isn't it? I have screenshots of both before I called you out on it and after

Can we get a thorough search of his PayPal archives, because it is very common to hide recent activity on PayPal...

How can we both send money to the same email, but he only receives yours? For this to happen either A) PayPal malfunctioned ( Unlikely ) or B) The activity is logged/hidden somewhere else.

As far as I know you can't permanently delete history from PayPal, so it's gotta be there somewhere.

[email protected] is linked to [email protected], I do not own the other paypal account you are talking about. Also the domain name is not even registered or existing.

My history is not hidden, I don't think its even possible. Epicnpc verified this morning my account and everything was there to prove I never received it. You are speculing links that are not actual proofs, there is nothing that actually prove my paypal account is linked to that paypal he did send the money to.

You said yourself that the skynethosting paypal sent money to the [email protected], and now you say its belongs to another e-mail ? It is not true. [email protected] is the second paypal email on my paypal account which have [email protected] from the beggining of my paypal account.

I have no idea what you are clearly talking about, this is really getting too ****ing complicated for a ****ing 19 usd that I never received and that he also freaking got back without any paypal process business days which is absolutely stupid. If he would have send a real payment on my e-mail, if the e-mail was not registered as you say, which is FALSE, I would have received an e-mail telling me I have receiving a payment but that I need to register a paypal account to have it.

I already called paypal regarding this, and they assure me there is no technical issue going on and that I never received a paymant that have been cancelled. I checked the e-mail on the user screenshot and they told me it have been sent to another paypal account that have never been issued with mine.

Enough of speculations, there is actually no proofs of anything you advance doom, only you speaking as the voice of god with absolutely no proofs.

In this image you tell him to send payment to [email protected]. In the video BuLLiT shows payment was sent to that email. That alone is proof that payment was sent to you.

I did check your Paypal, but you could have two accounts and just edited the emails or even archived them as posted above to hide them from me.

There is an overwhelming amount of proof to show that you did receive the 2nd payment. We all agreed the first was a mistake, but it's very clear you did receive the 2nd payment. I don't know why your going through all this trouble for $19.

The user have already been refunded. The claim have been cancelled when I called paypal to ask for the cancellation of it. He already have been refunded. You can verify in the previous posts of the user, he is already saying he did receive his money-back. He did won the chargeback, it has been cancelled, payment have been refunded. Normally paypal takes up to 15 business days to verify any claim but after my call they did cancel it and refunded the buyer.


He was already refunded before I replied to this topic when he created it.

Next thing on the line, someone that know terms of service and receive free money from someone he doesn't know could try to keep the money, but as we already both know, bullit comfirmed that the claim has been closed on his favor which apparently mean the other paypal customer closed it since we all know that virtual items are not covered then no buyer are covered so he wouldnt have been able to get his moneyback, in fact.

I was mad yes, but now i'm over it*. It's literally christmas and i'm not in the mood for arguing and flame really.
He did say that the he won the chargeback cause it has been cancelled on his favor. He said he was happy to get his money-back as he did.

You can see on the video he made at 0:06 you can see A payment so Skynet Hosting Services -19.00$, and then on top for december 23, Skynet Hosting Services +19.00$, he did receive his moneyback, he has been refunded.

You can reverify the video, he was already refunded when he posted the video.

At 0:58 to 1:08 you can see that the reversed has been completed and the funds have been added back to his account.

Paypal takes 3 days to ask for information of buyer/seller on a claim, then takes up to 15 days to verify any dispute and close it on someone favor. Because it was a virtual goods it would have been close on my favor.

I called paypal two times regarding this on december 22, and on december 23 morning the case was close on is favor without any more investigation. I can show that the funds were removed from my account.

Letter also been sent right after doomedtofail banned me, which I was mad and upset and I do apologize for this also.

I'm really tired about lies, especially for that small amount.

He was already refunded from the moment he posted the video, I just wanted to fight hard as I can to not get banned for a payment that was already refunded... it seems that I was still on the aim to get banned and I tried sadly to fight my way out of the ban-hammer for actually getting scam accusated when it was refunded already... Sorry for that mess.

AlexRateds, this was your first reply to this dispute. You then continued to argue for over a page that you didn't get any payment, when infact you did.

You created a video, posted images and wasted everyones time over $19 when in the end it was proven that you did get the payment. I'm not going to argue technicalities here with which email received the payment and what's linked to what. In the end it was your Paypal account and you were lying.

I don't understand why you didn't just refund the $19 or why you didn't deliver the Steam account. What was the purpose of arguing with BuLLiT and in this dispute thread when you knew the whole time you got the $19?

Plus add the fact you already tried to create a new account yesterday night, which was quickly closed.

There's no other way to look at it then you were trying to scam someone and so you are banned.
