Other information:
I approach this guy and ask him for his price. He says it's 2.1$ per milion. So I say how can I trust you, he sends me a link to playerauctions store. I contact the person on the said store, says he has no skype and that is not him. All of it is included in screenshots as soon as I tell him I contacted the person, he removed the link he sent and also blocks me.

He also has two accounts on the site that I managed to find with his skype ID: live:6547567456
