I want to say here I have bought and sold before many times on this site and have always bee fair and never abused any account or user. This is the first time anyone has scammed me over the few years I have been on this site.

Original owner has scammed me and retrieved the account back.
Other details / notes:
I bought the account, changed all details of it, added extra security to it as best i could and have been playign on it for the past few weeks. I have purchased many bdo accounts in the past and understand the security proccess. I gained full access to the account by changing the email and deleting the original one from the account however he has gone through steam support and taken back the account.

I checked my emails this morning to find the steam email had been changed and Pearlabyss email verification had been changed. I am unable to log into the account now.
When i went to change the password or try to get the account back It said my email wasn't found. I went to find the account by the username and found that the email the account had been changed to was the same one he had before and the same email he asked me to PayPal him:
This is proof the account email linked to this email has been changed to the original! (you can check this by searching this on steam).
He has change the email and pasword:

Did the seller say he's the original owner? There is no proof, he didnt say if he was or wasn't.
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? He provided me with all info on the account. I changed his email after 3 days on Pearl Abyss as this is the new process and I compelted this successfully shown in the email screenshot.
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? 25 Days.
