Not that this applies to everyone, but a good generalization.
I use a program called pidgin(gaim). When you look up the users info on your buddy list, it tells me when the s/n was created. I have yet to come across a legit seller/buyer who has an account that was made less than a couple of months ago. Most scammers will use an s/n they just created, so after getting busted theyll just make another one. Most legit people will use their regular s/n theyve had for a while when dealing with markee.
This doesnt obviously mean that the guy is gonna be a scammer if his account is new but this can give you a little heads up.
